Those are working numbers from actual sites, not best cases - build your day on them and you will finish when you expect to.
We would rather come at 6am than interrupt a pour. Tell us the shift pattern, the trades on site that week, and anything that cannot stop, and we will build the running order around it. Sites that treat testing as an interruption lose a day; sites that slot it into the natural gaps barely notice.
